We review your plans, liaise with vendors, create your timeline, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the day itself. It’s perfect for couples who have done the planning themselves but want a professional to manage the final stretch and take the reins on the wedding day.
We take the stress out of planning so you can enjoy the process and be fully present on your wedding day. We will be there on the day to ensure everything is running smoothly so you can just focus on being married! From logistics to problem-solving, we've got your back.
We recommend booking as early as possible—especially for “wedding season”. For Month of coordination, at least 6–8 weeks prior is ideal.

In the unlikely event I can't be there, a trusted member of my staff (fully briefed and ready to go) will step in. We’ve always got a backup plan.
If you're looking for setup and pack-down support, we can add that as a standalone service or as part of a coordination package (this usually incurs an extra fee due to being required for longer on the day and organising more staff to assist).
