We're based in Far North Queensland and yes—we love to travel! We travel based on the distance from capital cities. We travel to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoomba and Sunshine Coast frequently.

A wedding planner is with you from the beginning (or partway through) and helps you plan the entire wedding—from finding the perfect venue and choosing vendors to creating timelines, managing your budget, and handling all the little details along the way. Think of us as your partner throughout the whole journey.
A wedding coordinator steps in closer to the big day—usually 4–6 weeks before—and focuses on pulling everything together. We review your plans, liaise with vendors, create your timeline, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the day itself. It’s perfect for couples who have done the planning themselves but want a professional to manage the final stretch and take the reins on the wedding day.

We take the stress out of planning so you can enjoy the process and be fully present on your wedding day. We will be there on the day to ensure everything is running smoothly so you can just focus on being married! From logistics to problem-solving, we've got your back.

We recommend booking as early as possible—especially for “wedding season”. For Month of coordination, at least 6–8 weeks prior is ideal.
BOOKING & PRICING

Get in touch via our contact form and we’ll schedule a free consultation, from there I will provide a quote. If we’re a match, we’ll send through a contract and invoice to lock in your date.

Yes! We offer flexible installment options. Typically, a deposit is due upon booking, with remaining payments scheduled up to one month before the wedding.

Absolutely. We understand every couple and wedding is unique. We’re happy to build a custom package that suits your needs and budget.
PLANNING PROCESS

This depends on the service you book. Full Planning means we’re with you every step of the way. For Month of Coordination, we step in 4–6 weeks before your wedding to pull everything together.

WEDDING DAY

We manage your timeline, liaise with vendors, assist with styling, cue entrances, and troubleshoot anything that comes up—so you can focus on enjoying every moment.

Yes, we come prepared with an emergency kit stocked with everything from safety pins to lash glue—just in case!

Yes, you'll work directly with me, Georgie. I’ll be there on the day, and if needed, I may have an assistant depending on the scale of your wedding.

Yes! We love intimate celebrations and can create a package to suit your plans.

In the unlikely event I can't be there, a trusted member of my staff (fully briefed and ready to go) will step in. We’ve always got a backup plan.

If you're looking for setup and pack-down support, we can add that as a standalone service or as part of a coordination package (this usually incurs an extra fee due to being required for longer on the day and organising more staff to assist).
