Starting at $4,000 + travel
Providing the best value for your money, with this package you are taken care of completely from the moment you book until a few weeks after your big day! It's perfect for couples who are looking for seamless planning and someone to handle everything to do with their wedding day.
Some of this package's inclusions:
- 2 staff members for 10 hours on your wedding day
- Overseeing the set up of your day (additional fees may apply if extensive set up and set down is required)
- Unlimited communication via both phone or email - no question is a silly question, we genuinely love hearing from you!
- Guest List Management (we will be first contact for any guest questions and RSVP)
- Preparation of your budget
- Seeking all vendors you wish to be apart of your big day and obtaining quotes and managing invoices on your behalf
- All communications with vendors in terms of confirming times, locations, bump in/bump out and overseeing their set up the day of
- Access to our range of checklists, spreadsheets, floor plans and timelines
- Your own emergency kit for the morning of your wedding

PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING
Starting at $2,990 + travel
Our Partial Planning Package is best suited for the couples
who are in the middle of planning, have already completed several aspects of planning and have decided that they would prefer someone else to do the rest of the legwork for them.
Some of this package's inclusions:
- 1 staff member for 10 hours on your wedding day. Additional staff can be organised if preferred or required
- Overseeing the set up of your day (additional fees will apply if extensive set up and set down is required)
- Unlimited communication via both phone or email - no question is a silly question, we genuinely love hearing from you!
- Guest List Management (we will be first contact for any guest questions and RSVP)
- Preparation of your budget
-Taking over all communications with vendors you have already booked and obtaining quotes for the remaining vendors
- Access to our range of checklists, spreadsheets, floor plans and timelines
- Your own emergency kit for the morning of your wedding

MONTH OF COORDINATION
Starting at $2,200 + travel
Wedding Day Coordination is a crucial part of making sure that your wedding day is as seamless and stress-free as possible. On the day, we will take care of everything!
This Package Includes:
- 2 staff members for 8-10 hours on your wedding day
- 2 official meetings - including our initial meeting and another 2 - 3 weeks prior to your big day where we cover final numbers & run sheets
- Unlimited communications in the entire process leading up to the day
- Full timeline schedules, floor and seating plans
- Contacting all of your vendors 2-3 weeks prior to confirm all of the details
- Assist with general set up of signage and place settings (additional fees will apply if extensive set up and set down is required)
- Guest Management
- Your own emergency kit for the morning of your wedding
- Making sure that you have a stress-free wedding day

Wedding Pet Attendant
Your furry bestie deserves a front-row seat too! We’ll transport, care for, and coordinate your pet’s big entrance — whether they’re walking down the aisle, posing for photos, or just soaking up the love. Includes potty breaks, treats, cuddles, and drop-off back home or to a pet sitter.
Setup & Pack Down of Styling + Furnishings
Let us handle the heavy lifting — literally. We’ll take care of setting up all your ceremony and reception décor (signage, candles, table styling, chairs, etc.) and pack it down at the end of the night, so you and your new spouse can focus on celebrating.
Emcee / Reception Host
We will keep the energy flowing, timelines tight, and guests informed (and entertained!).
Custom Wedding Website Creation
We will create a basic wedding site with all the details in one spot for your guests to refer to!
